SINUS-Institut is an independent, owner-managed institute for market and social research, with locations in Heidelberg and Berlin.
With ethnological curiosity, empathy, respect, scientific reliability, and, last but not least, more than 40 years of experience, SINUS explores people’s everyday realities, analyses socio-cultural change, and interprets its significance for companies and institutions.
Always open to new things, we’re flexible, uncomplicated, creative and efficient. And we enjoy what we do.
Our way of thinking is holistic and forward-looking; our consulting is solution-oriented in that it is relevant to implementation and future-proof.
We’re discerning and confident. And we attach great importance to the highest quality and our expertise in scientific methodology.
Each of us takes responsibility – for ourselves, for our customers, for the company and for society.
We live in a culture of recognition and advancement. Transparency and fairness are the rules of our game.
SINUS-Institut is part of the INTEGRAL-SINUS Group, headquartered in Vienna. Also part of the group is the sister institute of SINUS, INTEGRAL Market and Opinion Research, likewise in Vienna and primarily active on the Austrian market for more than 30 years.
SINUS also maintains a large number of national and international research and consulting collaborations and has built up a worldwide network of experts from a wide range of disciplines: leading agencies and consultants, specialized research institutes, universities, brand technicians, direct marketers and renowned design experts collaborate (often exclusively) with SINUS.
SINUS-Akademie offers a comprehensive range of lectures, workshops and further training courses on social and market research topics.
SINUS is advised by an interdisciplinary scientific advisory board with well-known experts from marketing, management, educational research, urban sociology and the Church.
